I am a civil engineer with a proven background in project management and construction. I have managed commercial and residential projects in both New Zealand and overseas. I have local government and council experience with an in-depth knowledge of the Building Act 2004 and health and safety regulations. I am a very confident relationship builder and believe in achieving my goals with quality planning and quality control as my main drivers. I feel there is no substitute for a good customer service. I am transparent, self organised, empathetic, motivated, down to earth, and a good listener. I am working as a building compliance and land development consultant helping my clients to achieve their strategic objectives by reducing risk to the business and helping them to achieve their goals.
